Terms of Service

These terms describe how the Luradesk service works today. They must be reviewed by legal counsel before commercial launch.
1. The service
Luradesk provides help desk software as a service: ticket management, service portals, a knowledge base, reports and integrations, as described on the website. Features marked as planned are not part of the service until they are released.
2. Accounts
- An account is created for a company by a person authorized to act on its behalf.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of account information and for keeping passwords confidential.
- Account administrators decide who can access their help desk and with which role.
3. Plans and payment
- Prices are listed in US dollars on the pricing page and can change with prior notice.
- Annual plans are billed in advance for twelve months at a 20% discount compared to monthly billing.
- Online payment is not available yet. Accounts start with the Free plan limits; a paid plan is activated only after billing opens and the customer confirms it. No charge is made without confirmation.
- WhatsApp, AI usage, extra storage and third-party services may be billed separately when they become available.
4. Fair use
Paid plans have no fixed monthly ticket limit, subject to fair use: the service must be used for real support operations. Automated bulk creation, abuse or activity that harms other customers may be limited.
5. Customer data
Data that customers and their users put into the help desk belongs to the customer company. Luradesk processes it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Each company's data is stored in a separate database.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Luradesk to break the law, to send spam, to store malware, to attack other systems or to violate the rights of others.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may improve or change features; material changes will be communicated in advance.
8. Suspension and termination
Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended. Customers can stop using the service at any time and may request an export of their data.
9. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Luradesk is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits resulting from the use of the service.
