Integrations, API and webhooks
Luradesk exposes a REST API and webhooks so your other systems can create tickets and react to support events. This page separates what is available today from what is planned.
Architecture
Each company on Luradesk has its own database. An API token belongs to exactly one company, and the server identifies the company from the token before opening any company data. A token from one company can never read another company's tickets.
Available today
| Integration | What it does | Plans |
|---|---|---|
| REST API | Create, list and read tickets over HTTPS with a bearer token | Professional, Business |
| Webhooks | Send signed HTTP POST notifications when tickets are created or updated | Professional, Business |
| E-mail notifications | Notify requesters by e-mail when agents reply | Starter and above |
REST API
Tokens are created by an administrator in Settings → API tokens. Only a hash of each token is stored, and tokens can be revoked at any time.
GET /api/v1/tickets list tickets (filters: status, page)
POST /api/v1/tickets create a ticket
GET /api/v1/tickets/{number} read a ticket and its public messages
Requests use Authorization: Bearer <token> and JSON bodies. Rate limits apply.
Webhooks
A webhook sends a JSON payload to your HTTPS endpoint for events such as ticket.created and ticket.updated. Each request carries an X-Luradesk-Signature header with an HMAC-SHA256 of the body, so your system can verify it came from Luradesk. Failed deliveries are retried with increasing intervals.
E-mail notifications
Requesters receive an e-mail when staff reply publicly to their ticket. Internal notes never generate e-mails to requesters.
Planned
These integrations are on the roadmap and not available yet:
- E-mail to ticket: create tickets from messages sent to a support address.
- WhatsApp: receive and answer requests through WhatsApp inside the ticket. Messaging costs may be billed separately.
- AI assistance: suggested replies, summaries and classification. Usage may be billed separately.
- Mobile apps.
- Single sign-on (SSO).
If an integration you need is not listed, tell us. Requests from teams like yours shape the roadmap.
